First aid weekend
It was the weekend before Halloween and in a dark clearing in the woods fourteen Scouts from across Romsey District, including 4 from 3rd Romsey, were addressing a matter of life and death – they were attended a first aid training weekend at 15th Romsey Scout HQ.
